What kind of power adapters can be universal?

A power adapter with an appropriate voltage and a current not less than that of the original power supply can be replaced. The meaning of an appropriate voltage is that as long as the voltage of the power adapter is higher than 4V of the battery voltage of the laptop, it can be used. Otherwise, due to insufficient voltage, the working voltage difference required by the laptop charging and its protection circuit cannot be opened.
